NordWolf pieces may go through production before shipping. This page explains how to track your order, understand your timeline, and contact us if you need help.

Production and shipping are separate

Many NordWolf jackets and coats are made to order. This means your item may need to be prepared, customized, and checked before it ships.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information where available. The tracking link becomes active after the carrier scans the package.

If your order appears delayed or you need help, email us at support@thenordwolf.com with your order number and checkout email.

Where to find your tracking number

Once your order ships, tracking details are usually sent to the email address used at checkout. Please check your inbox, spam folder, and promotions folder if you do not see the email.

Tracking may not update right away

After a tracking number is created, it may take some time for the carrier to scan the package and show movement. If the tracking link does not update immediately, please check again later.

Made-to-order production time

If your item is made to order or customized, your order may not ship immediately. Production time is separate from shipping time and depends on the product and custom details.

Custom order details

If we need to confirm sizing, colour, personalization, or another custom detail, delays in response may affect your production timeline.

Carrier delays

Once your package is with the shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by carrier volume, weather, customs, holidays, or other delays outside our control.

When to contact us

Please email support@thenordwolf.com if your order appears delayed, the tracking link has not updated for several days, or you entered an incorrect shipping address.

Important order note
